How to Create and Use Groups

Groups are distinct lists that you create to help organize your contacts. Utilizing groups enables you to target your emails to a more specific list of subscribers based on their interests.

In other email marketing platforms, groups may be referred to as tags, lists, or audiences.

When you create a form, landing page, website, or schedule a campaign, you will be prompted to select the target group.

To create a group:

1. Navigate to the Contacts and Subscribers Page
2. Click on the Groups Tab
3. Select Create Group

After selecting Create Group, a drop box will appear where you can:

1. Enter the Name of Your New Group
2. Enter Group Description
3. Add Tag (Optional)
4. Then click on Add Group

Your group is now established and ready for subscribers to be added.
