To increase traffic and engagement outside of the inbox, you can include links to your website and social media accounts on your Seamailer account.

By inserting this website and social media links, you enable your recipients and potential customers to easily learn more about your company, keep them informed on social media, and even make a purchase through your website.

Additionally, strategically placed links can increase your emails' trustworthiness and interactivity.

Here, we'll show you step-by-step ways on how to create links to your website, social media accounts, and other online assets. These pointers will assist you in crafting emails that link recipients to your wider online presence, increasing the effectiveness of every campaign. Goodluck

Step 1: Log In to Your Seamailer Account

Seamailer provides a range of tools and user-friendly interfaces to assist you in developing successful email campaigns. Log onto www.seamailer.com to get started

Step 2: Create a New Campaign

Once you’ve logged into the seamailer app, navigate to the campaigns section and select the option to start a new campaign. This will bring you to the email editor, where you can customize your email layout.

Choose a template that has sections where links can be easily embedded. Most templates allow for custom content blocks, which makes adding links straightforward. Here, the content and design options allow for email and social media insertion into campaigns.

Step 3: Add Website Links

Select the image or text: Choose between linking an image (like your logo) or a text element (like "Visit our website").

Add the URL: To access the editing options, either click on the image or highlight the text. Search for an icon that looks like an "Insert Link" button or chain link.

Put the URL in here: Enter the URL of your website in the space provided. For it to work, make sure it starts with "http://" or "https://."

Configure Link Behaviour (Optional): You may choose whether a link opens in the same window or a new tab in Seamailer. To make it easier for your readers to return to the email, it is usually advisable to open it in a new tab; however, both options are available.

Step 4: Add Social media Links

Find Social Media Icons: You can drag pre-made social media symbols from the majority of email marketing applications into your email layout. If not, you can add your unique icons as well.

Add Icons: Drag the icons from social networking platforms, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, into your email. Put them in the header or footer, where they are most apparent.

Connect Each Icon: To make changes, click on each icon, and then insert the relevant URL for each social media profile using the same procedure as before. Make sure all of the links point to your official page.

Step 5: Test Links and Monitor Engagements

  • Monitor Clicks and Engagement: After sending the campaign, track how well your website and social media links perform using Seamailer’s analytics. Look for metrics like link clicks, open rates, and click-through rates.
  • Refine Based on Results: Use the data from your campaign to refine future campaigns. For instance, if you see high engagement on a particular social link, you may want to feature that platform more prominently in future emails.
  • Finally, ensure your links are functioning properly by testing them before launching your campaign. To verify that each link leads to the correct pages, send a test email to yourself or read the email in the app.

Pay attention to the analytics your email marketing program provides after launching your campaign. To find out how well your audience is interacting with your website and social media links, look at the click-through rates.
