Understanding your dashboard

When you log in to your Seamailer account, you will land on your dashboard. Here you’ll find an overview of your account activity for your review.


You will see the statistics of your subscription and audience, which includes the number of active subscribers, new subscribers, unsubscribed and engaged subscribers. You'll also see the overview of your campaigns and e-mails which includes, and the total e-mail sent, rates of opens, delivered, bounced and complaints.

You can filter these reports by time: last 7 days, last 30 days, last 2 months, last 3 months, last 6 months, this year, or last year.

Overview Statistics: Subscription and Audience

The Subscription and Audience section gives you the following information:


  • Total active subscribers - The amount of active subscribers in your list, which excludes unsubscribers, spam complaints, bounces, and deleted subscribers.

  • New subscribers - The amount of active subscribers that have signed up to your list.

  • Unsubscribed - The amount of subscribers who have opted to unsubscribe from your list in the specified timeframe.

  • Engaged Subscribers - The amount of new active subscribers who have signed up to your list in the chosen timeframe.

Overview Statistics: Campaigns and Emails

The Campaigns and emails section gives you the following information:


  • Total email sent - The amount of emails sent in the chosen timeframe.
  • Delivered - The amount of sent emails that was successfully delivered.
  • Opens - The amount of times your emails have been opened.
  • Bounce - The amount of email that wasn't delivered.
  • Complaints - The number of complaints from campaigns.
